Stretch Boot Camp is a high energy group for children ages 3-5 yrs. (Mini) and 6-8 yrs. (Jr.). Elements of parkour, obstacle courses, strength / circuit training, and team building activities are used to improve focus, attention, and social skills. This class is ideal for children with “high energy”, ADHD, anxiety, and ASD.
