Stretch Bootcamp Extreme Fitness Jr. is a high energy group for children ages 6 yrs. to 8 yrs. 5 yrs. with experience call to discuss appropriate placement. Elements of parkour, obstacle courses, strength / circuit training, and team building activities are used to improve focus, attention, and social skills. This class is ideal for children with “high energy”, ADHD, anxiety, and ASD.
