Therapeutic Yoga
Teen and Young Adult
Monday 5:30-6:15p.
Therapeutic Yoga was created and designed by a physical therapist and is modified and individualized for each student specific needs. Bring braces, walkers, wheelchair, or adaptive equipment to Stretch! The Stretch Therapeutic Yoga program uses creative and developmentally appropriate yoga poses, combined with a multi-sensory approach to moving and learning. Students will learn how to connect their minds, bodies, and hearts through a yoga inspired practice designed for their developmental needs. This program will develop strength, coordination, and balance, while building self-confidence, and promoting self- regulation.
