This program teaches girls to harness their self- confidence and recognize all the “awesomeness” they possess. This program will help your child build a healthy body, calm mind and loving heart through yoga, art, introduction to journaling, meditation, and teaching self-care.
Summer Fees: $395 per Program
All Programs run 9a. - 3:30p.
